Biography:
Victor Albert is an adjunct assistant professor of physics with an adjunct appointment in the University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies. He is also a physicist at the National Institute of Standards and Technology.
Albert’s research interests include the theory of quantum error correction and open quantum systems, and their applications to quantum computing and atomic, molecular and optical physics.
