Biography:
Larry Davis is a Distinguished University Professor Emeritus of computer science in the University of Maryland Institute for Advanced Computer Studies.
His research spans object and action recognition, scene analysis, and human movement modeling. Davis aims to advance techniques in 3-D motion capture, tracking and camera networks for improved visual data interpretation.
